Office Manager

Nicole feels most rewarded when helping others.

She originally went to school for animal science and worked in the veterinary field for 5 years. She has since moved to Glencoe, MN and joined the Forever Smiles Dental team in 2023. Once introduced to the dental field, she developed a new passion of helping people versus just fur babies. Providing exceptional customer service and creating meaningful relationships with patients is Nicole’s favorite part of being an Office Manager in Chanhassen.

Nicole loves golfing with friends, iced coffee, cooking, watching true crime, and spending quality time with her 7yr old yellow lab, Honey.

Katelyn

– SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

As a patient care coordinator, Katelyn enjoys being the first point of contact and smiling face that patients see when coming into the office. She has a passion for helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smile and providing exceptional service in person and on the phone.

Katelyn was born and raised in Cologne and now resides in Green Isle with her family. She enjoys camping, baking, puzzling, thrifting, and hanging out with her family and friends.

I graduated from Hennepin Technical College earning a degree in Dental Assisting. I strive to do the best I can to help others and make sure your visit here is the best visit possible. The Bluff Creek Dental Team has taught me the fundamentals of assisting and the importance of treating our patients like family. I couldn't imagine working for a better dental practice and I'm grateful for this opportunity to work with such a caring team.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, snowboarding, hiking, hockey, traveling and being outdoors.

I'm someone who values connection, creativity, and balance - in both business and life. Professionally, I bring a thoughtful and strategic approach to everything I do, always focused on delivering results while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me out on a trail, exploring mountains, or enjoying the energy of the city. I have a deep love for nature and the arts, especially musicals. Life at home is full and joyful, shared with my husband, our adventurous five-year-old, and our ever-enthusiastic dog.

Whether I'm navigating a business challenge or a mountain trail, I show up with intention, curiosity, and a drive to keep moving forward.
